About this home

Villacana Sol is a newly finished, fully equipped home set over several levels in the gated Villacana beachfront resort. Its best feature is outdoor space: a private terrace for breakfast in the sun, a balcony off the bedroom, and an exclusive rooftop solarium with a lounge, ideal for sunbathing by day and watching the sun set in the evening.

On the main floor, a bright living and dining room has a comfortable sofa bed, a 55-inch smart TV and a guest WC, alongside a modern kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Upstairs, the bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and timber doors opening onto the balcony. Air conditioning, fibre wifi and a washing machine make it just as comfortable for a long winter stay as for a summer week.

The resort does the rest. There are four swimming pools including a children's pool, subtropical gardens and bougainvillea-lined paths, and direct access to a wide, quiet beach. You'll also find restaurants, a beach bar, a supermarket, a hairdresser, private security and a reception desk that arranges excursions and airport transfers. A bus to Estepona, Puerto Banús and Marbella stops at the resort every 30 minutes.

Playa del Sol – Villacana, Estepona, Spain. In the same gated beachfront resort as Casa Elida, between Estepona and Marbella. Playa de Guadalmina is about a two-minute walk, with direct beach access from the resort, and a bus stop on site serves Estepona, Puerto Banús and Marbella. The village of Cancelada, opposite the resort, has shops, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets.
